In other hands the Nubankers only use a copy paste in spañish, no longer supported for other languages.

Sabes @Hidden si es buena idea que mexagringos tuvieran soporte en su natal English., recordando este tema hace una semanas escuché a unos mexagringos con problemas en los pagos en el OXXO y en farmacias similares por usar Amex, bank of America y todas esas tarjetas, creo que si es un buen tema para tratar en el aniversario de la Comunidad NU.

Hmm no se si estoy de acuerdo con eso.
Como sabes origen soy holandés aungue ya vivo desde hace más de 20 años en países de habla español.
Y personalmente creo que uno cuando va a vivir en otro país tiene que aprender el idioma, y no esperar que las personas en el país se adaptan a ti
Es que parece como ayudar pero puedo decir de propia experiencia que la ayuda de verdad consiste en dar motivación de entender la idioma porque con eso se convierte en más autónoma porque no solo uno puede manejar una comunidad como aquí sino también los pagos en un oxxo, farmacias o lo que sea.
Los ejemplos que estás dando ya muestran que es muy importante dominar el idioma.

Después de pensarlo cambié la opinión, jajaja.
Pero por supuesto es posible abrir un tema en inglés, y hacer los aportes ahí en inglés, @Xav1er vas a ser el encargado de eso, cómo ves?

Glup🥺, @Hidden amigo, tienes razón en lo que argumentas, si es una necesidad tanto por salud como seguridad el conocer el idioma. Jajajaja con respecto a los idiomas no soy nada bueno, más jajajajajaja 
, creo que mi lugar adecuado será apoyar a toda la raza de aquí de la comunidad. Bueno en todo caso me colaboras en las traducciones ya sabes te limpio los zapatos o o lavo tú medio de transporte jajajajajaja saludos @Hidden

I mean you can open the thread yourself and see how many people reply, but if you’re living in México and using a product focused on the Mexican market, I think it might be better to learn spanish and engage in the conversations as they’re happening here.
Maybe it can double as good language practice?

Si - yes to all, I am always in Spanish speaking mode also; I just feel with things that are technical and financial sometimes it’s great to have both!
Also, assuming the chats are monitored; I find that David Vélez has an inspiring story; it would be great to get him on our broadcast for the BRICS digital Summit to talk about all things finance and Mexico!
